S.S. Bapu Institute of Polytechnic an institute recognized by the BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION (BTE) Uttar Pradesh & AICTE Government of India (New Delhi), was established with a mission of imparting QUALITY Polytechnic Education in various disciplines of Engineering & Technology for the welfare of Technical and Social Community. The Institute is conveniently located in Akhop, Belthara Road, Ballia (Uttar Pradesh) on its self-sustained beautiful campus amidst of lush green surroundings.
S. S. BAPU Polytechnic offers Three Year Diploma courses which are popular as Polytechnic diploma programme. Duration of the program is 3 Years. However, there is provision of lateral entry in II year to I.T.I diploma holders (10% seats are reserved in each branch, except CS/IT for ITI diploma Holders). The course aims at students who wish to make their career in the domain of Technology. After the successful completion of the courses, students can make career in the same.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Electrical Engineering is a field of engineering that generally deals with the concepts and machines used in day to day life like computer, electrical power supply and machines etc. Electrical engineering has now subdivided into a wide range of subfields including electronics, digital computers power engineering, telecommunications, control system etc.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Production)
Automobile engineers design, test, develop and manufacture automotive products such as heavy and light vehicle. They help the automotive industry to meet new challenges, for examples, making sure that vehicles are safe, environmentally friendly and fuel-efficient. Designing and developing a vehicle a very wide range of engineering knowledge.
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Planning, designing, construction, field work and maintenance of physical and natural environment. Civil Engineering is the utmost field and may be a better future in upcoming designation. It can also claim to have excellent equipments and infrastructure to provide effective practical training.
